2. You bear exclusive responsibility for safeguarding your account login email, password and verification codes. All orders, modifications, inquiries and information updates submitted under your account credentials are deemed authorized actions made by you. You shall immediately notify info@dclcam.shop in writing if you detect unauthorized login, account hijacking or credential leakage; the Site is not liable for financial loss or order changes caused by delayed security reporting.
3. One individual customer may maintain only one personal shopping account. Mass account creation, shared account resale, bulk account registration for scalping inventory and account transfer to third parties without written approval from dclcam.shop are strictly forbidden. The Site reserves authority to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate violating accounts without prior refund of account-only promotional benefits.
4. You may not use the Site for fraudulent account creation, bot automation, script scraping, credential stuffing or any automated program to repeatedly access product pages, add items to cart or submit checkout requests. All automated access attempts will trigger permanent IP blocking and account termination.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content displayed across the Site is exclusive intellectual property owned by dclcam.shop, including product photographs of handbags, luggage and wallets, product descriptive text, size charts, color swatches, brand logos, graphic banners, website layout design, page code, promotional copy and video material. All global copyright, trademark, design patent and trade dress rights are fully reserved.
2. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, resell, download for commercial use, scrape or mirror any Site content without formal written permission sent from info@dclcam.shop. Unauthorized commercial use of product images, bag design visuals or brand trademarks will result in immediate legal notification, demand for financial compensation and permanent access ban from the Site.
3. All trademarks, logos and product branding displayed on the Site are proprietary marks of dclcam.shop. Nothing within these Terms grants you any license or ownership right to use our trademarks for personal, commercial, wholesale or resale purposes.

4. Product Information, Pricing & Inventory Rules

1. The Site makes reasonable efforts to display accurate photos, dimensions, material descriptions, weight specifications and color representations for all bags including briefcases, travel luggage, crossbody mini bags and leather wallets. Minor color discrepancies may occur due to varying device screen calibration, lighting conditions during photography and individual display hardware differences, and such minor visual variations do not qualify as defective goods or grounds for free return shipping at the Site’s expense.
2. All product prices listed on the Site are denominated in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude international import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, local sales tax and expedited delivery surcharges unless explicitly marked as tax-inclusive pricing. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout based on destination country, parcel weight and delivery speed selected by the customer.
3. Price changes will only apply to new orders submitted after the price modification is live; confirmed paid orders will retain the original purchase price locked at checkout.

5. Typographical errors, system glitches and obvious misprinted pricing (including prices drastically below market value for all bag categories) are subject to unilateral cancellation by dclcam.shop. Any order placed under an obvious erroneous price listing may be voided with a full customer refund processed without further liability from the Site.

5. Order Placement, Payment & Cancellation Terms

1. Submitting checkout information and completing payment constitutes a binding purchase contract between you and dclcam.shop. Valid payment methods supported on the Site include all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and other authorized third-party gateways displayed during checkout. You confirm you hold full legal authority to use the selected payment instrument and authorize full charge of the total order amount at checkout.
2. All payments must clear fully before the Site initiates order processing, packaging and shipment. If a payment fails, is disputed, charged back or flagged as fraudulent by payment providers, the Site reserves the right to cancel the associated order, withhold shipment and restrict future purchasing privileges for the relevant customer account.
3. You may submit an order cancellation request via email to info@dclcam.shop only before the order enters the warehouse packaging stage. Once packaging, labeling or carrier handover has commenced, order cancellation is no longer permitted, and you must follow the official Return & Refund Policy to return unwanted merchandise after delivery.
4. Chargeback abuse, false payment dispute filings and intentional payment reversal without valid product defect evidence will result in permanent account suspension, blacklisting from future Site purchases and pursuit of recovery fees, administrative costs and legal damages incurred by dclcam.shop.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Customs Responsibilities

1. Full shipping timelines, carrier partners and parcel tracking rules are outlined in the standalone Shipping Policy hosted on the Site. Estimated delivery windows are non-binding projections and may extend due to global logistics delays, customs inspection, natural disasters, carrier operational disruptions or public holiday backlogs. The Site is not liable for missed personal events arising from extended delivery transit times.
2. For all international shipments, the receiving customer bears full responsibility for all applicable customs duties, import tariffs, local government consumption taxes, inspection fees and customs clearance brokerage charges. The Site cannot predict, control or reimburse any cross-border customs-related costs regardless of return reason unless the shipment contained incorrect or factory-defective items sent by our warehouse error.
3. Customers must provide complete, valid and deliverable shipping addresses including postal codes, recipient contact information and door access details. The Site accepts no responsibility for lost, returned or undeliverable parcels caused by incomplete, incorrect or outdated delivery addresses submitted by the buyer. Redelivery fees for address error shipments will be charged to the customer before re-dispatch.
4. Parcel loss or severe transit damage claims must be submitted to info@dclcam.shop within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery or official carrier lost parcel notification, accompanied by full photographic evidence of packaging exterior, shipping label and damaged merchandise. Late submissions will not be processed for compensation or replacement.

3. Deploy bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated click scripts or third-party hacking tools to overload Site servers, steal product data, manipulate cart inventory or artificially inflate discount code usage.
4. Attempt to bypass checkout payment systems, exploit unpatched website vulnerabilities, steal other users’ account information or intercept customer transaction data.
5. Resell bulk purchased bags from dclcam.shop as counterfeit goods, alter product hardware, remove original brand tags or mislabel Site merchandise under alternative brand identities for commercial resale.
6. Submit false product defect claims, fake damage photos, fabricated lost parcel reports or repeated fraudulent return requests to obtain unauthorized full refunds without valid supporting evidence.
7. Interfere with, disrupt or disable Site core functions including checkout, payment gateways, order tracking and customer service email communication channels.
8. Harass, abuse or send excessive repetitive spam messages to the official support email info@dclcam.shop, including hostile complaints, threatening correspondence and unsolicited bulk advertising content.

9. Customer Product Reviews & User-Generated Content

1. Customers may submit written reviews and accompanying product photos for purchased handbags, luggage and wallets. By publishing any review, photo or user-generated content on the Site, you grant dclcam.shop a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free global license to display, edit, reproduce and distribute the content for marketing, product demonstration and website promotional purposes across all digital platforms.
2. The Site reserves full editorial authority to remove, hide or modify any customer review that contains hate speech, false factual claims, competitor advertising, graphic offensive material or counterfeit misleading descriptions of our bag merchandise.
3. You guarantee all user-generated content you post does not infringe third-party copyright, trademark or privacy rights, and you shall fully indemnify dclcam.shop against all legal fees, fines and settlement costs arising from copyright or privacy claims linked to your submitted review material.

The total aggregate maximum financial liability of dclcam.shop for any claim, dispute or incident related to your order or Site access is capped at the total monetary amount you paid to the Site for the specific relevant order. No additional compensation beyond the original product purchase value will be issued under any circumstance.
3. The Site does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free website operation. Temporary server downtime, page loading failures, checkout system outages and minor software bugs may occur during maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical faults; the Site accepts no liability for lost purchase opportunities or cart abandonment losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
4. We do not guarantee that all luggage, backpack and wallet materials will meet every individual customer’s durability expectation. Normal wear and tear from regular daily use, improper cleaning, water exposure, sharp surface abrasion and overloading luggage beyond stated weight limits are excluded from all defect liability coverage.

You waive any right to initiate class-action lawsuits, group arbitration or consolidated multi-buyer claim proceedings against the Site under all circumstances.
